These terms govern your use of Footy List Manager (the "Game"), operated by Footy LM Studios (ABN 29 951 434 202) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to them.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. One person per account. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction.
While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the Game or its assets.
Team and player names in the purchasable Game are fictional or user-editable and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any sporting league, club, or player association. Any resemblance to real people or organisations is incidental, or supplied by you.
Your first season is free. To keep playing beyond it you take a subscription of A$29.99 per year, processed by Stripe. It renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal (Manage subscription in the menu); access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We aim to keep the Game available and improving, but we provide it "as is" and may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for loss of save data, though we take reasonable care to preserve it.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse other players in online leagues, or access accounts that aren't yours. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the Game or refunding your purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
