This policy covers the Footy List Manager subscription (A$29.99 per year), billed through Stripe.
Our digital product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If the Game is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you're entitled to a remedy — which may include a refund.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal (Manage subscription in the menu). Your access continues until the end of the year you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't generally refund the current period once it has started — that's why your first season is free, so you can play the whole game before you subscribe.
The subscription renews automatically each year. If you're charged for a renewal you meant to cancel and you contact us promptly, we'll usually refund that renewal.
If you were charged twice, your subscription didn't activate, or you hit a genuine fault, email [email protected] within a reasonable time and we'll make it right. Please include the email used at checkout.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
