Footy LM Studios (ABN 29 951 434 202) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: your username and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Email (optional): if you provide one, for receipts and account/service messages.
• Game data: your saves and in-game choices, so you can keep playing.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we retain only a Stripe customer reference and whether you've purchased.
• Product analytics: anonymised usage events (pages/features used) to improve the Game.

How we use it

To run your account, process your purchase, provide support, and improve the Game. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the Game work — currently Stripe (payments) and our product analytics provider — bound to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your saves.

Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and take reasonable steps to protect it. This policy is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
